News Byte: IEEE SMC-IT/SCC 2024 Conference Highlights

Alpha Data successfully participated in the IEEE SMC-IT/SCC 2024 conference, showcasing our latest innovations in space computing.

Andrew McCormick presented our advancements in adaptive computing for space applications through his presentation on “FPGA based Adaptive Computers for ML in Space.”

We also featured a joint presentation titled “An AI-based Approach to On-Orbit Anomaly Detection in Spacecraft Telemetry using Recurrent Neural Networks,” presented by Ken O’Neill (AMD), Andrew McCormick, and Adewale Adetomi. This collaboration demonstrated our innovative solutions for enhancing spacecraft telemetry and anomaly detection.
